Should SentinelOne be installed on every one of the client's machines?
Typically SentinelOne is only installed on your client's server or if they have any 'high-level' endpoints.
We suggest having a standard Anti-Virus installed on each endpoint coupled with SentinelOne on your client's server.
Do Channel Host manage the setup and install?
We will log on to your client's machine and install SentinelOne remotely.
If you prefer to do this yourself, we can provide you with the license details and be on hand for any assistance should you need it.
If my client already has Anti-Virus, do they need SentinelOne?
As thier IT provider, ultimately it's your call on what you think is best for your client as far as security and protection goes.
We recommend SentinelOne as it has many benefits over other Threat Protection software and tools but if you'd like to have a chat to discuss their specific requirements, give us a call.
Are there any commitments?
There are no minimum commitments as a Channel Host partner and there are no long-term contracts.
You can start with just one license and pay for it rolling monthly.
