My client already has some of these services, can they still get the others?

Absolutely. We can tailor our Protect My 365 plans to suit your client's needs.

We appreciate our partners and clients may have certain preferences so we're happy to offer the 'missing' services that they need.

How does the pricing structure work?

It's a simple cost per user that includes MDR, Email Security and Backup.

Volume discounts are also available on a case-by-case basis or on your overall volume across your clients.

How involved do we need to be in supporting and managing the service?

As little or as much as you want to be.

Protect My 365 is a fully managed service which includes support, maintenance, updates and most importantly 24/7 response to cyber threats in real-time.

No matter how involved you choose to be, we'll make sure you're always kept in the loop of what's happening - as with all our services.

What happens if my client has an extra mailbox, do I need a full user license?

It would depend on how the client is setup, but for example, if your client has 'accounts@' on an Exchange Online license, we would reccommend just using the Backup and Email Security element for which there would be a reduced rate for such license.

This won't be the case for all clients as it depends how they're setup and what they utilise the license for.
