Do I have access to support my client?

Yes. We will give you access to your own Ironscales Portal where you will be able to manage the service and handle any support requests for your client directly.

Channel Host offer full support as standard so you can choose how much (or little) you do with regards to Ironscales management and support.

What happens if my clients needs additional work to become Cyber Essentials ready?

If you have opted for our Review & Submit or Fully Managed plans, we will advise you exactly what the client needs in order to pass.

It's likely that we can handle what they need so if it's not something you provide or want to take on, just ask us.

What is the setup process?

The setup process varies from client to client and depends on which Ironscales plan they select and what email service they currently use. Most clients can be up and running with Ironscales protection in a very short time and it's all handled by our expert team.

As with the support, Channel Host fully manage the setup as standard and you as the partner can be as involved as you want to be.
