Can I setup my own clients?
You will be given access to your own portal where you can add your own clients and manage their subscriptions.
Whilst you can setup and manage your clients, you will need to place an order with us for any new licenses that you require.
Is the price higher for lower volumes?
Our base price is the same for all of our partners, no matter how many licenses you need.
There are volume discounts once you reach higher numbers but our advertised price is the same for everyone - no mater if you have 1 license or 100.
If there is an issue with Bitdefender, can I log a tricket with you?
Yes. Botdefdender is supported by both us and Bitdefender themselves, so if you encounter any issues with Bitdefender or have any queries, simply let us know or log a ticket with our Tech Team and we'd be more than happy to assist.
How does billing work?
IYou will be invoiced on or around the 15th of every month for license usage of the previous month.
Your invoice will be itemised by client so you know exactly who to invoice and what for.
