My client already has some of these services, can they still get the others?

Absolutely. Whilst we have done extensive reasearch and testing to put together Cyber Protect 24/7, we appreciate that partners and clients have personal preferences and unique configurations.

Cyber Protect 24/7 is there for clients who want to adopt the entire service and Cyber Protect 24/7 FLEX is to plug the gaps they're missing.

How does the pricing structure work?

For Cyber Protect 24/7 we have a single plan that includes everything. This is a simple per user monthly price.

If your client doesn't need the full service, please contact us with a list of what they need and we can put together a unique package and price for you.

How involved do we need to be in supporting and managing the service?

As little or as much as you want to be.

Cyber Protect is a fully managed service which includes support, maintenance, updates and most importantly 24/7 response to cyber threats in real-time.

No matter how involved you choose to be, we'll make sure you're always kept in the loop of what's happening - as with all our services.

How do the commercials and billing work?

All the billing will be between Channel Host and your organisation - you can then invoice your client at the rate you have agreed for the service.

You will receive one monthly invoice which is itemised by the service/client which will arrive on the 1st or the 15th.

But it's always good to understand where they are now. As Cyber Security specialists, we can offer your clients a Free Cyber Security Review.

All reviews are carried out by our Managing Director, Phil Donoghue (mug shot on the left!), who is a certified Cyber Essentials and Cyber Assure Assessor - he also lives and breathes cyber security!

Here's what's included with your client's Free Cyber Security Review...

• We can do the review 'as you': We appreciate that it's important for you to maintain your relationship with your client so we can conduct the review with your company hat on
• Cyber Risk Profile: A set of 10 questions that generates your client's 'Cyber Risk Score'
• Dark Web Report: A scan on your client's domain across the Dark Web and a full report of where their data exists on the Dark Web
• Educational Guides for their staff: Non-branded Guides such as 'How to spot a phishing email' and 'How to Secure your Data'
• Security Consult Call with Phil: Where Phil will get a better understanding of their business and answer and any concerns or questions they have
• A full report with recommendations: Based on our findings and their Risk Score, we will produce an easy to digest recommendations report to bolster their defences which will be sent to you (not them) for you to brand, send on and do what you like with. It's a perfect opporunity to upsell services that they need.
